Wicca Jahreskreis Und Hexenpltze
DER WICCA-JAHRESKREIS UND DIE 8 HEXENFESTE
Der Wicca-Jahreskreis ist eine Allegorie, die den Wechsel der Jahreszeiten bzw. des Jahreslaufes innerhalb des Jahres beschreibt und von einem achtspeichigen Wagenrad (eng. "lumber of the court") symbolisiert wird.Dieses Set of laws der 8 Feste (vier keltische Hochfeste oder Feuerfeste und vier Sonnenfeste) ist in dieser Think den "alteren heidnischen Kalendern unbekannt und ist eine neue Kombination von verschiedenen "alteren Traditionen durch die Wicca-Religion.

Diese Zyklen werden auch mit dem Tod und der Wiedergeburt des Gottes und der Fruchtbarkeit der G"ottin in Verbindung gebracht.
Die 8 Haupt-Feiertage, genannt Sabbats, richten sich nach dem Jahreslauf (die teils nach festen Daten, teils nach nat"urlichen oder astrologischen Ereignissen berechnet werden).
Die Feste werden meistens im grossen Stil wie eine "Method" gefeiert, ggf. gerne auch von mehreren Coven gemeinsam, flow ausreichend Platz daf"ur vorhanden ist.
Diese Feste wurden von unterschiedlichen fr"uhen Kulten und Religionen, insbesondere keltischen und germanischen Ursprungs, "ubernommen.
Bei den Inselkelten waren urspr"unglich nur die vier Hochfeste (Samhain, Lugnasad, Imbolc und Beltane) bekannt.
Die Feier der Sonnenwenden kam erst durch die germanische Eroberung hinzu, w"ahrend die Tagundnachtgleichen von den Kelten und Germanen niemals gefeiert wurden, im Gegensatz zu den "alteren vorindoeurop"aischen Megalithkulturen, die offenbar sowohl Sonnenwenden als auch die Tagundnachtgleichen feierten.
Bei Festen, die sp"ater auch eine christliche "Uberformung erhielten, wird in der untenstehenden Auflistung jeweils darauf hingewiesen.
Der Jahreskreis beginnt der keltischen Establishment folgend mit Samhain, dem keltischen Neujahrsanfang.
Neben den 8 Sabbat-Festen gibt es die 13 Esbats, die zu Ehren der G"ottin bei Vollmond (manchmal auch Schwarzmond) veranstaltet werden.
Bei ihnen handelt es sich um magische Arbeitstage.

LICHT- / FEUER-FESTE, MONDFESTE ODER GROssE SABBATE
Die vier Feuerfeste gelten als die "h"oheren" Festtage und werden daher auch als Grosse Sabbate bezeichnet. Sie liegen jeweils genau in der Mitte zwischen zwei solaren Festen, und werden deshalb auch als Kreuz-Viertel Tage bezeichnet.
F"ur die Bestimmung der genauen Daten der Drei-Viertel Tage gibt es je nach Establishment unterschiedliche Vorgehensweisen. Traditionellerweise werden die mit den Kalenden "ubereinstimmenden Daten verwendet, in anderen Traditionen werden diese auch kalendarisch genau zwischen den solaren Festen gefeiert:

Die vier solaren Feste, die nach astronomischen Konstellationen des Sonnenstandes bestimmt werden, werden auch als Kleine Sabbate bezeichnet und sind:

Das Wicca typische Jahresrad hat seinen Ursprung auf der Nordhalbkugel.
Auf der S"udhalbkugel werden deshalb die einzelnen Feste meistens, entsprechend der umgekehrten Jahreszeiten, in umgekehrter Reihenfolge gefeiert, d. h. Jul im Juni zur dortigen Wintersonnenwende und Litha im Dezember zur dortigen Sommersonnenwende.
Manche Wicca auf der S"udhalbkugel behalten aber auch die Festtagstermine der Nordhalbkugel bei.

Gegen 1958 begann der Coven auch die vier solaren, eher dem germanischen Kontext entstammenden Feste zu feiern.

Imbolc (ausgesprochen: "Imbolk") (Brigid, Brigantia, Tag der Birgit, Lupercalia, Panfest, Oimelc, Fest der Fackeln, Candelaria in Mexiko, kathol. Mari"a Lichtmess) wird am 1. und 2. Februar gefeiert.
Es ist ein Fest der Reinigung und des Lichts und ist der G"ottin Brigid (auch Bride, Brigitte, Bridget) gewidmet. Die G"ottin ist zu dieser Zeit im Jahreszyklus eine Jungfrau.
Im alten Rom wurde der Tag zu Ehren der G"ottin Februa mit Fackel Festz"ugen und Kerzen als Zeichen der Reinigung und S"uhne begangen. Manche Wicca setzen sich eine Krone mit brennenden Kerzen auf den Kopf. Da der Tag die Kr"afte der Sonne und des Feuers, und damit Licht und Authority symbolisiert, wird er gern f"ur Initiationsrituale genutzt.
Im katholischen Glauben wurde der Tag als Lichtmess "ubernommen - dem Tag, an dem die Kerzen geweiht werden.
Der Adventskranz wird aus dieser Sicht als in der Establishment der brennenden Krone stehend gedeutet.
OSTARA
Ostara (Fr"uhlingstagundnachtgleiche, Alban Eiler im Caledonii-Wicca, christl. Ostern) wird vom 20. bis zum 23. M"arz gefeiert.
Das Fr"uhlingsfest symbolisiert die Zeit des Neuanfangs. Mit ihm im Zusammenhang stehen der Fr"uhjahrsputz und die Fr"uhlingsdi"at (zur Reinigung und Entschlackung des K"orpers), sowie die heute noch bekannte Establishment des Ostereieranmalens.
In der Wicca-Religion bedeutet die gleiche L"ange von Nacht und Tag, dass das Licht nun die Dunkelheit "uberholt und die G"ottin erwacht und Fruchtbarkeit "uber die Erde bringt.
Bei den Germanen war dieser Tag m"oglicherweise einer G"ottin (Ostara, Eostre oder Austro) gewidmet - Ostermond ist als altdeutscher Begriff f"ur April "uberliefert.
Die historische Authentizit"at dieser hypothetischen G"ottin ist jedoch sehr umstritten (siehe auch Ostara).
BELTANE
Beltane (ausgesprochen: "Bell-t"ain") (Bealtinne im Caledonii-Wicca, Walpurgisnacht / Walburga im Wiccatru, Tana im Stregheria, Rudemas in Mexiko), eines der wichtigsten Feste, wird in der Nacht vom 30. April zum 1. Mai gefeiert.
Man entz"undet Beltane-Feuer (Maifeuer), um die Fruchtbarkeit der G"ottin und ihre Vereinigung mit dem Geh"ornten zu feiern. Die Verbindung des Maibeginns mit Fruchtbarkeit kennt nicht nur der Wicca-Kult: auch der traditionelle deutsche Maibaum wird als Phallussymbol gedeutet.
Die Sexualit"at wurde an diesem Fest als etwas nat"urliches angesehen.
Im Zuge der Missionierung wurde im Mittelalter daraus die Walpurgisnacht gemacht in der die Hexen sich angeblich auf dem Blocksberg versammelten, ihren Hexensabbat abhielten und mit dem Teufel buhlten.
LITHA
Litha (ausgesprochen: "Litta") (Mittsommerfest bzw. Mittsommernacht im Wiccatru, Sommersonnenwende, Feill Sheathain im Pecti-Wita, Alban Hefin im Caledonii-Wicca, christl. Johannistag) wird zwischen dem 20. und 26. Juni gefeiert, weil am 21. Juni die Sonne an ihrem h"ochsten Punkt steht und diese Nacht somit die k"urzeste des Jahres ist.
Es wird um Freudenfeuer getanzt oder "uber Feuer gesprungen, um Fruchtbarkeit, Reinigung, Gesundheit und Liebe zu f"ordern.
Das Christentum kennt den 24. Juni als Johannistag oder Johannisfest.
LUGHNASADH
Lughnasadh (ausgesprochen: "Luu-na-ssah") (Lammas, L'unasa, Conucopia im Stregheria, Thingtide im Wiccatru, Fest des Lichtgottes, Fest des Brotes, Kr"auterweih, Fest des Wassers) wird am 1. und 2. Regal gefeiert.
Urspr"unglich wurde es nicht an genau diesem Datum gefeiert, sondern mit der ersten Reife, the same der ersten Ernte. Es ist das Fest der F"ulle und des "Uberflusses, bei dem man den G"ottern mit Opfergaben f"ur die bl"uhende Natur und das reife Korn dankt und sie um eine reiche Ernte bittet.
Neben Beltane diente das Fest auch dazu, menschliche Bindungen zu weihen.
Der Christen Lughnasadh bezieht sich auf den keltischen Lichtgott Lugh, der zum mythologischen G"ottergeschlecht der T'uatha D'e Danann z"ahlt. Der well-chosen Christen Lammas ist angels"achsisch-christlichen Ursprungs und daher im Wiccatum heute weniger gebr"auchlich.

ROLLE DES HEXENSABBATS IN DEN HEXENVERFOLGUNGEN
