IT IS A TIME OF FEAR. BUT FEAR CAN HOLD YOU BACK FROM NEW BEGINNINGS. SO, TODAY I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE A SIMPLE RITUAL FOR 'LETTING GO. IN MY CASE, I NEED TO LET GO OF MY FEAR.'

DRAW A CIRCLE AND CALL ON YOUR HELPERS. CLEANSE THE CIRCLE WITH INCENSE AND LIGHT A RED CANDLE WHILE CALLING ON YOUR HIGHER SELF TO HEAR WHAT YOU ARE ASKING. NOW, LIGHT THE PAPER FROM THE RED CANDLE AND VISUALIZE YOURSELF AS COMPLETELY FREE OF THE 'OLD' WHICH ARE HOLDING YOU BACK. "
